Developing sustainable products
The TriStyle Group always evaluates and creates its collections and ranges with product sustainability in mind.
When manufacturing our products, we give top priority to respect for human rights, compliance with safe working conditions and the integrity of employees, as well as considering animal welfare for products made from animal materials such as cashmere.
Ecological aspects also play an important role: We place stringent demands for high quality in our collections and increasingly use sustainable raw materials. For example, organic cotton from sustainable cultivation, recycled materials or materials made from renewable components, such as the wood fibres in viscose.
By using new, environmentally-friendly technologies, we can, among other things, save water in the production of denim or avoid the use of chemicals in fabric finishing as well as generating energy from renewable sources.
To ensure that specifications for the products and the manufacturing processes are met, the TriStyle Group relies on recognised certification and standards that document the various stages of the production chain and certify sustainable production. These include The Good Cashmere Standard®, the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) and the Green Button (further information: www.g-k.eu/PeterHahn)
Our customers really appreciate our lines made from sustainable materials, for example the Green Cotton collection made from organically grown cotton. When manufacturing our products, we not only comply with statutory thresholds, but we drive ourselves to attain the highest standards.
To this end, our products are regularly tested against strict quality controls. These quality controls also ensure that our products have a high-quality finish and an optimal fit.
