CFO TriStyle Group

Dr Stefan Schoon

Dr Stefan Schoon, born in 1982, has been Managing Director of the TriStyle Group since June 2021.

After studying business administration at the European Business School (EBS) in Oestrich Winkel and spending a year abroad at the New York University School of Law, he began his professional career at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, where he advised companies from the Practice Group Corporate Performance for over 5 years.

In January 2013, he moved to Switzerland to join the Holy Fashion Group, where he oversaw finance projects, strategic and financial multi-year planning, and a multi-year company-wide strategic realignment project. In this role, he worked closely with the group’s management as well as the owners.

Since May 2017, he has held the position of Head of Finance at TriStyle Mode GmbH and has led Group Accounting, Group Controlling, Group Treasury, Tax and Company Law divisions as well as the SAP-IT area. Since June 2021, he has been managing these areas in the role of Group CFO.

Managing Director TriStyle Group

Volker Valk

Volker Valk, born in 1970, has been Managing Director of the TriStyle Group since January 2016.

His basic commercial training at Siemens AG in 1992 then took him to the Hessian Academy of Administration and Business (VWA) until 1995. Further management positions at Siemens AG, including in Shanghai, Madrid and Zaragoza, leading to a move to Quelle AG in Fürth as Commercial Manager in 2006.

After his role as Commercial Director at Puccini Holding GmbH, Valk joined Madeleine Mode GmbH as Commercial Director in 2011. In 2012, he was appointed Managing Director of Finance, Human Resources, IT and Operations and still holds this position today alongside his role as Managing Director of the TriStyle Group.
